About Desisvote.org

Between 2016 and 2020, South Asian and Asian American voters accounted for the biggest jump in voter turnout of any racial or ethnic group in the country, but that didn’t happen by accident and reflects the impact of sustained efforts by organizers, community leaders, and organizations like the ones featured on this website.

Desisvote.org contains a hub of resources for South Asian Americans, Asian Americans, and allies who want to exercise their right to vote and mobilize their own networks and communities to elevate their voices at the ballot box.

Desisvote.org is hosted by Indian American Impact Project in partnership with numerous local, state, and national  501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and volunteer-led organizations and contributors. All partners and contributors share the goal of increasing voter turnout and civic engagement in South Asian communities.
